Introduction
We are looking for a diligent Petugas Penanganan dan Distribusi Paket to join our logistics team. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of customers’ stored goods, preparing shipment documentation, and ensuring timely delivery to our partner couriers such as JNE and J&T. The position offers a flexible work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with daily hours from 09:00 to 15:00, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Combine individual customer orders with their stored items (referred to as “tabungan”) and verify inventory accuracy before shipment.
- Print shipping labels (resi) and properly pack each parcel to meet courier standards.
- Maintain detailed records of who stored items, what items were stored, and the exact storage dates.
- Monitor the three‑week reminder cycle, contacting customers to collect their stored goods before the one‑month expiration deadline.
- Coordinate the hand‑over of all prepared packages to the designated JNE or J&T office, ensuring documentation is complete and shipments are logged.
- Perform routine checks of the warehouse area to keep it organized, safe, and compliant with company SOPs.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies between order data and physical inventory, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide courteous customer service, answering inquiries about storage status, pick‑up schedules, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit imposed.
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates or career changers are welcome.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new logistics software and processes.
- Basic computer literacy, especially in using spreadsheets or inventory management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and packing.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and courier partners.
- Physical stamina to handle moderate lifting and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
