Introduction
We are seeking energetic and personable Sales Representatives (SPG/SPB) to join our fast‑growing retail team. Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, presenting product features and benefits clearly.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display, ensuring stock levels are optimal and merchandise is replenished promptly.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable products to increase conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by employing persuasive selling techniques and upselling where appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Collect and document customer feedback, forwarding insights to the merchandising and marketing teams to improve product offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and promotional events to stay current with new launches.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the sales floor and store premises.
- Collaborate with fellow sales staff and supervisors to create a cohesive, high‑performing team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 28 years old; candidates up to 30 years are considered if they meet other criteria.
- Gender: open to all genders; unmarried candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) or SPB (Sales Promotion Boy) role.
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills; ability to convey product information clearly.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the brand’s image.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, approachable, and capable of building rapport quickly.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and self‑motivation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable speaking in public and conducting product demonstrations.
- Flexible to work the scheduled hours: 07:45 – 18:00, Monday through Saturday.
