We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Petugas Remedial to join our growing network of sales professionals. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between Adira Finance and both existing and prospective customers, guiding them through product offerings, credit applications, and after‑sale service. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to existing customers and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, including dealer networks, retail outlets, and direct outreach.
  • Collect initial customer data, perform thorough verification, and assemble all required documentation for credit applications.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status.
  • Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, ensuring customers are fully informed of their obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles and transaction histories on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting and risk teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit evaluation process.
  • Provide post‑sale support, answering inquiries, handling complaints, and facilitating any necessary adjustments to loan terms.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any major is acceptable.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role (experience is a strong plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for customer visits and branch travel.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
