We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist – Penjualan Motor Listrik to join our growing team in Bekasi. This role focuses on driving sales of electric motorcycles through innovative digital channels, live streaming platforms, and on‑the‑ground canvassing. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a passion for sustainable mobility, a knack for engaging online audiences, and the ability to turn product features into compelling sales narratives.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electric motorcycles via live TikTok sessions, showcasing product benefits, performance metrics, and real‑world usage.
- Create simple yet effective short‑form video content that highlights key features, financing options, and after‑sales support.
- Operate Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to target potential customers, monitor campaign performance, and adjust budgets for optimal ROI.
- Conduct mobile canvassing and on‑site demonstrations for prospects who prefer a hands‑on experience.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and community events according to a pre‑planned schedule, representing the brand professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system, track leads, and provide weekly performance reports to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements for future model releases.
- Provide after‑sales support, including answering product queries, arranging test rides, and facilitating financing paperwork.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in electric mobility, digital marketing, and competitive offerings to keep the sales strategy relevant.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
- Demonstrated confidence and experience conducting live streams on TikTok or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in creating simple video content and basic graphic assets.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting and performance analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a mobile sales team.
- Willingness to travel locally for canvassing, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving sales channels and emerging digital tools.
