Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) – Aek Kanopan position is a critical role within our multi‑finance organization, focused on managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role is open to candidates of any educational background, with a maximum age limit of 65 years and a minimum age of 18 years. While prior experience is not required, a strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset are essential. The successful candidate will work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will play a pivotal part in supporting branch operations and maintaining healthy cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Administer and take full ownership of the A/R overdue collection cycle, ensuring that all payments are chased and secured within agreed timeframes.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct collection, relationship building, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with branch teams to identify and manage problematic partners, providing timely assistance and escalation when necessary.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, contributing to the overall profitability of the organization.
- Execute the withdrawal of assets or units from customers who remain in default, following legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities, communications, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and risk indicators for internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve collection strategies by analyzing data, market conditions, and borrower behavior.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age of 65 years.
- All educational levels accepted; a high school diploma is the minimum formal requirement.
- Strong grasp of multi‑finance business processes, especially credit assessment, loan servicing, and collections.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, meticulousness, and honesty in all work activities.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penagihan Intern) card is a valuable plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt recovery procedures, and interpersonal communication.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule that may include weekends, with a fixed daily shift from 08:00 to 16:00.
