This role is pivotal in expanding our partner network, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring timely billing and reporting. The position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and involves field work that requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive marketing outreach to identify and attract potential partners (Calon Mitra) through cold calls, networking events, and digital campaigns.
- Perform on‑site feasibility surveys, evaluating business viability, financial health, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and present findings to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Manage the end‑to‑end billing process, issuing invoices, following up on payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure cash flow accuracy.
- Maintain accurate account records and generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, finance, and operations—to resolve partner issues and improve service delivery.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets while operating under pressure, demonstrating resilience and effective time management.
- Utilize a personal vehicle and an active SIM C license to travel to partner locations, ensuring timely on‑site presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Both male and female applicants are welcome.
- Active SIM C license and personal transportation (motorcycle or car).
- Strong communication skills, honesty, discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or field marketing is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently in the field, handle pressure, and achieve targets consistently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and CRM tools) and a willingness to learn industry‑specific software.
