Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative – Health Product Relations to join our fast‑growing team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our innovative health‑care product portfolio and the medical community. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, educating, and supporting customers across a designated territory, ensuring that our products achieve optimal market penetration while maintaining the highest standards of professional service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and provide detailed education on the company’s health products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular, scheduled visits to existing and prospective clients, ensuring coverage of the entire assigned area.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders and decision‑makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report emerging trends to the sales management team.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, activity logs, and forecast data on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company guidelines while handling product samples and promotional materials.
- Utilize personal vehicle and maintain a valid driving license to efficiently manage travel across the territory.
- Participate in training sessions, product launches, and industry conferences to stay current with product knowledge and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a related sales role within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to manage time effectively across a busy schedule.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
- Gender: open to all.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for reporting and documentation.
