Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Waiters. This role is pivotal in delivering a memorable dining experience in a bustling restaurant that specializes in dim sum and Asian cuisine. The successful candidates will work Monday through Friday, providing prompt, courteous service in accordance with our established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a professional manner.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring any special requests are noted.
- Serve dim sum, appetizers, main courses, and beverages promptly, adhering to portion standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor table status continuously, anticipate guest needs, and respond quickly to refill drinks or clear plates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting, silverware arrangement, and floor tidying between seatings.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to relay orders, address modifications, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate more complex issues to the floor manager.
- Conduct final checks before guests depart, process payments accurately, and thank guests for their visit.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, health and safety checks, and post‑shift cleaning routines.
- Assist with inventory checks for napkins, cutlery, and tableware, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.

- At least 1 year of experience in a front‑of‑house or waiter/waitress role, preferably in a restaurant serving Asian or dim sum cuisine.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; ability to convey menu details clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS or sales analysis tools.
- Excellent personal hygiene, a neat appearance, and a commitment to food safety standards.
- Team‑player attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues during peak periods.
- Availability to work the scheduled shift: Monday‑Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
