Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and station roles within the restaurant, including cashier operations, barista duties, and food preparation.
- Perform rolling station duties, rotating through different areas to ensure smooth workflow and cross‑training.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests, taking orders, handling payments, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter, dining area, and kitchen in compliance with local health regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards for each dish.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, turning any concerns into positive experiences.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and shift handovers to keep everyone aligned.
- Adhere to the restaurant’s shifting schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Uphold the brand’s image by wearing the proper uniform and presenting a courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills and an active, positive attitude.
- Valid and up‑to‑date SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
- Readiness to be placed at the Mie Gacoan Batu location on WR Supratman, East Java.
- Basic proficiency in cash register systems, barista equipment, and food handling procedures.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering consistent, high‑quality experiences.
