Introduction
We are a vibrant and growing clothing boutique seeking a dedicated Store Guard (Petugas Penjaga Toko Pakaian) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well‑organized environment for both customers and staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable engaging with customers while maintaining the store’s security and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the store to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers, employees, and merchandise.
- Conduct regular patrols of the sales floor, stockroom, and surrounding areas to identify and address any potential hazards or security concerns.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide directions within the store, and create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage the store’s social media channels by posting daily updates, promotions, and engaging with followers to boost brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure that merchandise displays are tidy, properly labeled, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash drawer reconciliation and basic transaction oversight when required, maintaining accurate records.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or any situation that may compromise safety, following established protocols.
- Prepare daily and weekly security reports, noting incidents, visitor counts, and any irregularities observed during shifts.
- Support promotional events and seasonal sales campaigns by setting up displays, managing crowd flow, and ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning duties, waste disposal, and ensuring all safety equipment is functional.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.

- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), basic computer literacy, and familiarity with store management systems.

- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform occasional lifting of merchandise up to 15 kg.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
