Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Motoris Regional – Wilayah Jambi to join our dynamic sales force. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on the road, enjoy building relationships with customers, and have a passion for promoting motorized products in the Jambi region. As a regional sales motorist, you will be the face of our brand, traveling across districts to showcase our latest motorbike models, accessories, and financing options while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Visit existing and prospective dealers, retailers, and end‑customers across the Jambi province to present product portfolios and generate sales leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations, test rides, and on‑site training for dealership staff to ensure proper product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals, negotiating pricing, and offering tailored financing solutions.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, and report findings to the regional manager.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, activity logs, and forecast data using our mobile CRM application.
- Maintain a clean and well‑kept personal motorbike, ensuring it complies with safety regulations and company branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to guarantee timely delivery, warranty support, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regional promotional events, motor shows, and community outreach programs to raise brand awareness.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, providing accurate information and resolving any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Strong commitment to a sales career with a willingness to work independently and travel extensively.
- Proficiency in operating Android smartphones, tablets, and related mobile applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with occasional overtime for special events.

- No minimum years of experience required, though prior exposure to sales or motor vehicle industry is a plus.
