Introduction
SIM Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Telecollection team at our Sahid J‑Walk office in Babarsari, Kabupaten Sleman. This is a full‑time, office‑based position with a structured shift system, designed for fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience who possess strong communication and problem‑solving abilities. The role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow for our client portfolio by engaging customers through outbound calls, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to customers with overdue payments, using a courteous and professional tone.
- Explain billing details, clarify any disputes, and negotiate mutually agreeable repayment schedules.
- Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system, updating payment statuses and notes for future reference.
- Follow up on promised payments, send reminders, and escalate unresolved cases to the senior collection team.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, sales, and customer service to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, including consumer protection laws and data privacy standards.
- Achieve daily and weekly collection targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve negotiation techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with a clear, neutral accent; strong written skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn on the job.
- Residency in D.I. Yogyakarta or surrounding areas.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule (two shifts: 07:00‑14:00 or 14:00‑21:00) and six‑day work weeks.
- Readiness to join the team immediately upon selection.
