Responsibilities
- Conduct one‑on‑one or small‑group physics tutoring sessions for senior high school (SMA) students, covering topics such as mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and modern physics.
- Assess each student’s current understanding, identify knowledge gaps, and develop customized learning plans that align with the national curriculum and exam requirements.
- Prepare clear, concise teaching materials, including worksheets, practice problems, and visual aids, to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods—such as demonstrations, simulations, and real‑world applications—to make complex topics accessible and interesting.
- Monitor student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.

- Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism by adhering to the scheduled work days (Monday‑Saturday) and hours (08:00‑17:00).

- Travel to tutoring locations using personal transportation, ensuring reliability and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics, Education, or a related scientific field.
