To strengthen our Collection Recovery team, we are seeking a diligent and proactive Recovery Pengumpulan Desk professional. The ideal candidate will combine solid analytical abilities with strong interpersonal skills to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute debt collection and recovery activities in strict accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to delinquent borrowers, verify their address, assess their financial condition, and document findings.
- Prepare and submit detailed visitation reports, including payment status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions.
- Maintain clear, courteous, and solution‑focused communication with customers to negotiate repayment plans that align with both client capability and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Legal, and Customer Service to coordinate collection strategies and resolve disputes.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets, providing performance metrics to management.
- Identify early warning signs of potential default and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure all documentation complies with data protection and privacy standards.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in collection or recovery operations, preferably within a banking or financial institution.
- Willingness and ability to conduct field visits to debtor locations as needed.
- Residence within the Depok‑Bogor area to facilitate rapid response and travel.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (SIM) are considered strong assets.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in preparing accurate reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with collection management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to the standard work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
