This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be the face of our brand, ensuring parcels reach their destination safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Collect parcels and packages from the central depot and deliver them to designated addresses according to detailed shipping instructions.
- Handle items with care to prevent damage or loss during transit, following company safety and handling protocols.
- Obtain and verify cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required, providing accurate receipts and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatch coordinators, receiving new delivery assignments and updating the status of ongoing routes.
- Perform routine checks of the motorcycle, ensuring it is road‑worthy, fuel‑filled, and equipped with necessary safety gear.
- Utilize the company’s Android app (minimum 4 GB RAM) to log deliveries, capture proof of receipt (photos or signatures), and navigate efficiently.
- Report any incidents, traffic delays, or customer concerns to the operations team promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading parcels at the depot, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, representing the organization professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Active SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle.
- Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for the delivery application.
- Valid KTP (Indonesian identity card) and diploma (Ijazah).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and honesty.
- Basic math skills for handling cash‑on‑delivery transactions.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch staff.
- Physical ability to lift and carry parcels up to 20 kg.
