Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Tim Operasional dan Logistik (Operational and Logistics Team Member) to join our fast‑growing retail and culinary support division. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordinating daily store activities, and possesses a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products move smoothly from suppliers to shelves, while also supporting the culinary team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inventory flow, including receiving, checking, and storing goods in compliance with company SOPs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners to schedule timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Store Management System, updating stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery logs.
  • Assist the culinary department by ensuring that food‑related supplies are stocked, rotated, and handled according to safety standards.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and improve picking efficiency.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, identify shrinkage causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Support the team in handling customer inquiries related to product availability and delivery status.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce waste and improve turnaround time.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, especially when handling perishable culinary items.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 35 years old.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Experience: Prior experience in logistics, retail operations, or a related field is required. Experience in the culinary sector is considered a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Store Management Systems and basic computer literacy.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective communication, problem‑solving mindset, and teamwork orientation.
  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
