We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce retailer based in Malang, looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Online Store Administration professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations of our marketplace stores (Tokopedia, Shopee) and delivering an excellent experience to our customers. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and marketplace chat, maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused tone.
- Process orders, confirm payments, arrange shipments, and update order status in real time.
- Maintain and optimize product listings on Tokopedia and Shopee, including price updates, stock levels, and promotional banners.
- Monitor daily sales reports, compile performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Perform data entry tasks with a typing speed of at least 60 characters per minute, ensuring accuracy in Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Coordinate with the logistics partner to schedule pick‑ups, handle return cases, and resolve delivery issues.
- Engage with followers on social media platforms, create short posts, and boost brand visibility through timely interactions.
- Assist the finance department with invoice preparation, expense tracking, and reconciliation of marketplace fees.
- Support the team during peak periods by working overtime and handling additional administrative duties as needed.
- Continuously learn new marketplace policies, platform updates, and emerging e‑commerce tools to keep the store competitive.
Requirements
- Female candidates, preferably under 27 years of age.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or e‑commerce administration.
- Resides in Malang or surrounding areas and possesses a personal vehicle with a valid SIM C.
- Typing speed of 60 KPM or higher (candidates are invited to take the test at 10FastFingers).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Hands‑on experience with Tokopedia and Shopee marketplace platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken Indonesian, with strong communication skills.
- Highly motivated, honest, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle pressure, stay resilient, and never give up when faced with challenges.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:30).
