Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promotion Specialist to join our fast‑growing retail team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be stationed in one of our flagship stores within the Jabodetabek region, working directly with customers and the sales floor to drive brand visibility, increase foot traffic, and achieve daily and weekly sales targets. This full‑time role operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a lively, consumer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily promotional activities, including product sampling, in‑store demonstrations, and limited‑time offers.
- Maintain optimal merchandise placement and visual standards according to brand guidelines.
- Engage customers with persuasive communication, answering product queries and highlighting key benefits.
- Collaborate with store managers and inventory teams to ensure promotional stock levels are met.
- Track and record sales performance using the company’s CRM system, updating customer interactions and promotion effectiveness.
- Prepare concise daily and weekly reports on sales metrics, foot traffic, and promotional ROI for senior management.
- Identify emerging market trends and provide feedback to the merchandising team for future campaign planning.
- Assist in organizing special events such as launch parties, flash sales, and seasonal celebrations.
- Uphold health and safety protocols, including proof of booster vaccination, to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years; open to all genders.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales promotion or retail merchandising.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team while meeting individual targets.
- Strong, persuasive communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and reliability.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for logging customer interactions and sales data.
- Completed COVID‑19 booster vaccination prior to start date.
- Flexibility to work the specified schedule (Tuesday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00).
