Introduction
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Mitra Program Penawaran Denda in Balige. This role is focused on offering payment and settlement options to consumers who have outstanding fines that are ready to be cleared. As a field‑based position, you will be the face of our organization, building trust with customers while driving the company’s revenue recovery targets. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to develop strong negotiation and interpersonal skills in a fast‑growing financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Approach customers who have settled their primary obligations and present clear, courteous offers for the payment or settlement of remaining fines.
- Conduct on‑site visits across Balige and surrounding districts, using a personal motorcycle to reach remote locations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction, update the central CRM system, and track payment commitments in real time.
- Negotiate payment plans that align with company policies while respecting the customer’s financial situation.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets, reporting progress to the regional supervisor.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to verify the validity of fines and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide feedback on common objections and suggest process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and financial data.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorcycle and a current SIM C license.
- Strong integrity, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to work in the field on a full‑time basis.

- Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and persuasive negotiation techniques.
