Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for assigned subjects (Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, PJOK, PKN, Sejarah) in accordance with the national curriculum and LBBA’s pedagogical standards.
- Utilize modern educational tools such as Canva to create visual aids, interactive presentations, and digital worksheets that enhance student comprehension.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations, providing timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and update the national education data system (Dapodik) promptly.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Mentor students in developing speaking and presentation skills, especially for language subjects, using role‑play, debates, and group discussions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects that integrate history, civic education, and physical education, promoting holistic learning.
- Ensure classroom discipline and a safe learning environment, adhering to LBBA’s code of conduct and child protection policies.
- Engage with parents and guardians through parent‑teacher conferences, progress reports, and open communication channels.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as school sports events, cultural festivals, and community service projects, when applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, the relevant subject area, or a final‑year university student (semester akhir) at a recognized university (PTN). For PJOK positions, graduates from private universities (PTS) are also eligible.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Zero to several years of teaching experience; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using Canva or similar design platforms for creating instructional materials.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct skill‑based training sessions, especially for language and physical education classes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple classroom responsibilities simultaneously.
