Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new clients, inviting them to join Amartha’s micro‑finance programs.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling to household members, helping them manage finances, savings, and repayment schedules.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of financing applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s policies, procedures, and risk‑assessment frameworks.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports for the financing committee, presenting clear justifications for loan approvals.
- Accompany members during weekly meetings, overseeing transaction processes, and ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, application statuses, and field observations in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as credit, operations, and marketing—to refine outreach strategies and improve service delivery.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, visiting villages, marketplaces, and community centers to build trust and visibility.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously upgrade knowledge of financial products and regulatory changes.
Requirements
