Biznet is expanding its professional team at the Badung Head Office and is seeking a dynamic Front Office Receptionist to become the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering courteous and efficient service while supporting internal administrative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests with a friendly demeanor, promptly directing them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Biznet’s products, services, and corporate policies to answer basic inquiries confidently.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls; handle voicemail and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and courier shipments; prepare outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Manage the front‑desk calendar, schedule meeting rooms, and coordinate visitor badge issuance.
- Implement and oversee a systematic filing and archiving process for both physical and digital documents, ensuring compliance with company records‑management standards.
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing petty‑cash reimbursements, preparing expense reports, and handling invoicing under supervisor guidance.
- Support the HR and administrative teams during recruitment events, including arranging interview rooms and maintaining candidate logs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve front‑office efficiency, suggesting procedural enhancements to management.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 28 years or younger.
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in Management, English or Japanese Literature, Communication, International Relations, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a receptionist; fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Japanese) is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of multitasking and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated teamwork orientation and a customer‑service mindset.
- Willingness to be stationed at Biznet Head Office Badung and to work on‑site full‑time.
