Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and guiding them to the appropriate products.
- Introduce and promote featured items, special offers, and seasonal collections to encourage upselling and increase basket size.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store by organizing shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively and safely.
- Execute the complete sales process, from product selection to payment, while adhering to company policies and cash handling procedures.
- Accurately record all transactions in the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring that receipts, inventory updates, and sales reports are error‑free.
- Package purchased items carefully, providing any necessary accessories, warranties, or promotional literature.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies.
- Perform regular stock counts, reconcile inventory levels, and assist with restocking activities to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Collaborate with store managers and fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Stay informed about product features, brand stories, and market trends to answer customer inquiries confidently.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit imposed.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career‑switchers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy for operating the POS system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.

- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus given Bali’s international visitor base.
