We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Quality Assurance dan Pengendalian Mutu to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that spans the entire production lifecycle—from raw material receipt to finished‑goods release. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, and local regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and all related quality documentation to reflect current best practices.
- Plan and conduct regular internal audits, preparing comprehensive reports and corrective action plans (CAPA) to address any non‑conformities.
- Manage customer complaints and product returns, performing root‑cause analyses and driving systematic improvements.
- Validate production processes, oversee calibration of measuring equipment, and ensure traceability of all quality data.
- Coordinate closely with QC Inspectors, Production Engineers, and R&D teams to align quality objectives with operational goals.
- Prepare and support external audit activities, including certification audits and regulatory inspections.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, data visualisation, statistical analysis) to monitor key quality metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Lead or participate in cross‑functional Kaizen projects aimed at reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, emerging standards, and technological advancements that impact quality assurance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Industrial Engineering.
- Age limit: maximum 35 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in QA within a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG or chemical production.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001, GMP, and BPOM regulations, with hands‑on experience conducting internal audits.
- Proficiency in root‑cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram) and the ability to produce clear, concise quality documentation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and charting, with a strong data‑driven mindset.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and capable of maintaining high integrity under pressure.
- Desirable: ISO 9001:2015 auditor certification, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or other statistical quality tools.
- Desirable: Experience handling BPOM product registrations and familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
