Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Force team member to join our dynamic sales unit in Bangkinang. As part of the Tim Penjualan Bangkinang, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and its dealer network, driving product awareness, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently exceeded. Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) with dealers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and timely renewal.
- Identify and onboard new dealers by conducting prospect research, presenting product portfolios, and negotiating partnership agreements.
- Educate dealers and channel partners on product features, promotional programs, and the proper use of the company’s online ordering system (PO mandiri).
- Coordinate daily with the Section Head Motor at the branch to align sales strategies, share market feedback, and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor dealer performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Assist dealers in creating effective sales campaigns, leveraging social media and digital tools to boost online visibility.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, product training sessions, and market research activities to stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing dealer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Educational background of at least a Diploma (D3) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) is acceptable for strong candidates.
- Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field visits.
- Proficient with Android smartphones and capable of using mobile applications for sales tracking and communication.
- Strong desire to learn about online sales platforms, digital marketing, and e‑commerce ecosystems.
- Demonstrated sales and marketing mindset with a clear focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse dealer networks.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
