Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista Penyaji Kopi dan Minuman to join our vibrant café team in Keanjan and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and dispensing equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and accurately process orders while ensuring speedy service.
- Engage with customers, recommend menu items, and answer questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; notify the shift supervisor of low stock and assist with restocking when needed.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow baristas to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper storage and temperature control.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new drink recipes, equipment maintenance, and customer service excellence.
- Provide feedback on menu development and suggest innovative beverage ideas that align with current market trends.
- Represent the brand with a professional appearance, maintaining a neat and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Discipline, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a busy environment.
- Presentable, neat, and courteous appearance that reflects the café’s brand image.
- Prior experience in the F&B sector, especially as a barista, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Residency in Keanjan or nearby areas to ensure reliable punctuality.
- Basic barista skills: knowledge of espresso extraction, milk frothing, and drink presentation.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
