Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring each visitor feels valued from the moment they step into the salon.
- Perform a range of therapeutic treatments—including cream baths, manicure & pedicure services, and reflexology massages—tailored to the specific preferences and needs of each client while adhering to Christopher Salon’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment environment, following all health and safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures.
- Accurately record client preferences, treatment details, and any feedback in the salon’s system to support personalized service and follow‑up appointments.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, stylists, and front‑desk staff to ensure smooth workflow during shifting schedules.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge within the beauty and wellness sector through continuous learning and on‑the‑job training.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock of consumables and ensuring treatment areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Uphold Christopher Salon’s brand image by wearing the prescribed uniform, adhering to dress code policies, and presenting a polished appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 17 years or older, with a maximum age limit of 35 years.
- Open to all genders; candidates who wear hijab must be willing to remove it during working hours as per salon policy.
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (morning to evening, 09:00 – 18:00).
- Ability to be deployed to any Christopher Salon branch within Medan.
- Strong teamwork skills, effective time management, and clear communication abilities.
- Not suitable for part‑time students; the role requires full‑time commitment.
