Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end ticketing processes for domestic and international flights, including reservation creation, amendment, and cancellation.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients to secure optimal fare classes and seat allocations.
- Maintain accurate passenger records in the reservation system, ensuring compliance with immigration, customs, and airline regulations.
- Provide real‑time support to customers via phone, email, or chat, handling inquiries, special requests, and problem resolution.
- Monitor flight schedules, fare changes, and industry alerts to proactively adjust bookings and advise travelers of alternatives.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile ticketing transactions, process refunds, and generate financial reports.
- Conduct regular audits of ticketing data to identify discrepancies, prevent revenue leakage, and improve data integrity.
- Train junior staff and new hires on ticketing software, SOPs, and best practices for customer service excellence.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ticket issuance, documentation, and post‑travel follow‑up.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing data on travel trends, popular routes, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing, travel agency operations, or a comparable role.
- Age limit: maximum 38 years at the time of application.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English for international coordination.
