Introduction
Vylera Labs Indonesia is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Finance Supervisor – Corporate Financial Operations to join our fast‑growing AI Enterprise Solutions team. In this role you will be the backbone of daily financial processing, ensuring that every transaction, invoice, and reconciliation is handled with precision and timeliness. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to support our mission of transforming fragmented business systems into a unified, intelligent digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Input and manage daily financial transactions, guaranteeing accuracy and on‑time posting.
- Create and issue invoices, receipts, payment requests, and other finance‑related documentation.
- Record cash and bank movements, both inbound and outbound, in the accounting system.
- Prepare vendor payment packages, employee reimbursements, and operational expense vouchers.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify supporting documents for each transaction.
- Maintain orderly physical and digital archives of all financial and accounting records.
- Assist the finance team in monthly closing activities, ensuring all entries are posted correctly.
- Draft simple financial statements and administrative finance reports for internal review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, confirm payment statuses, and gather required documentation.
- Support basic tax administration tasks, such as preparing PPN and PPh documentation under supervisor guidance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes using AI‑enabled tools and recommend workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or financial administration; fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial record‑keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a high degree of organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet predefined targets.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to interact with cross‑functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience with accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and experience preparing simple tax reports.
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience in producing concise financial summaries for management.
