Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Teknisi Perakitan PCB – Spesialis Produksi Elektronik to join our fast‑growing electronics manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assembling, testing, and maintaining printed circuit boards (PCBs) for a variety of consumer and industrial products. This full‑time position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, providing a stable work environment where precision and teamwork are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components onto new circuit boards according to engineering drawings and bill‑of‑materials specifications.
- Solder components using both manual and automated soldering stations, ensuring correct placement, orientation, and solder joint quality.
- Install completed PCBs into final devices, verifying proper fit and connectivity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PCB failures by inspecting solder joints, testing continuity, and replacing defective parts.
- Perform re‑work on damaged traces, including bridge removal, trace repair, and component replacement.
- Conduct routine maintenance on soldering equipment, pick‑and‑place machines, and testing fixtures in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Document all assembly, repair, and maintenance activities in the production log to support traceability and quality audits.
- Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback on manufacturability and suggest design improvements for future PCB revisions.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing projects and defect‑reduction programs.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean workstation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- Male candidates only, aged 24 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in PCB assembly, soldering, or electronics repair.
- Proficiency in mechanical manufacturing processes and familiarity with PCB assembly techniques.
- Strong understanding of PCB inspection, testing, and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity for precise component placement.
- Good problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to diagnose faults quickly and implement effective repairs.
- Team‑player attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry into manufacturing execution systems (MES).
