Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor of Finance, Accounting, and Tax to join our dynamic organization. This senior‑level role will be pivotal in safeguarding the financial integrity of the company, driving accurate reporting, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid academic background, a minimum of three years of relevant supervisory experience, and a proven track record in the rental, logistics, or construction sectors.
The position operates on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers an engaging work environment where analytical excellence and strong leadership are recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP), and Cost Control functions.
- Manage the full invoicing cycle, payment processing, and the Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) workflow to ensure timely vendor settlements and accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare, review, and validate monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit‑and‑loss reports, guaranteeing precision and adherence to internal policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable tax laws, filing requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Coordinate with senior management to provide strategic insights, budget variance analysis, and cost‑reduction recommendations.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and ERP systems such as Accurate, MYOB, or SAP to streamline processes and enhance data integrity.
- Monitor internal controls, conduct periodic audits, and implement corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments, including procurement, operations, and sales, to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in finance/accounting, preferably within rental, logistics, or contracting industries.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis tools) and hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (Accurate, MYOB, SAP, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Team‑oriented leadership style; capable of motivating and guiding staff to achieve high performance.
- Mandarin language proficiency is considered a valuable asset.
