Responsibilities

  • Execute daily promotional activities and direct sales of Pandan Soedji products at assigned stores, ensuring high visibility and product trial among target customers.
  • Set up, arrange, and maintain attractive product displays that comply with the company’s visual merchandising standards, keeping shelves tidy and replenished throughout the shift.
  • Deliver clear, persuasive product knowledge to shoppers, highlighting unique selling points, usage occasions, and nutritional benefits to convert interest into purchase.
  • Record every transaction, stock movement, and promotional activity accurately using digital reporting tools such as spreadsheets or cloud‑based apps, guaranteeing data integrity for the central sales team.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management, employing upselling techniques and cross‑selling complementary items where appropriate.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, responding promptly to inquiries, handling feedback, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction that encourages repeat purchases.
  • Provide daily sales summaries and customer insights to the supervisor or regional manager, contributing to strategic adjustments in merchandising or promotional tactics.
  • Adhere strictly to the assigned work schedule (10 hours per day, including a 1‑hour break) and comply with location‑specific guidelines, including health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with fellow SPGs and store staff to coordinate joint promotions, product launches, and in‑store events that boost foot traffic and brand exposure.
  • Continuously develop personal product expertise and retail skills through on‑the‑job training, e‑learning modules, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Age between 18 and 30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or FMCG promotion – experience in a similar SPG role is a strong advantage.
  • Polished appearance, friendly demeanor, and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and self‑motivation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging diverse customer groups and handling objections tactfully.
  • Comfortable using digital devices such as smartphones and spreadsheet applications for real‑time reporting.
  • Flexibility to be deployed to any of the designated store locations in South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, or BSD Tangerang.
  • Team‑player mindset while also capable of operating independently when required.
  • Adaptability, customer‑relationship focus, communication proficiency, and basic sales analysis skills.
