Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Officer Hubungan for its Barabai branch in Hulu Sungai Tengah. This role is a critical front‑line position that blends relationship management, sales, and credit processing to deliver an exceptional financing experience to both individual customers and dealer partners. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and will report directly to the Relationship Head.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their data is accurately maintained in the Adira system.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting Adira’s financing products, following the guidelines set by the Relationship Head, and actively seeking repeat orders.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria, tailoring recommendations to each customer’s financial needs.
  • Process credit applications from start to finish: collect required documents, verify authenticity, input data, and track the application through the approval workflow.
  • Communicate credit decisions and status updates promptly to dealers and customers, providing transparent explanations for approvals or rejections.
  • Conduct consumer surveys when required, capture insights, and upload results to the Adira database for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management and proposing corrective actions when targets are not met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including underwriting, risk, and marketing—to resolve customer issues and enhance product offerings.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitor activities to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and community outreach events to strengthen Adira’s brand presence in Barabai and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, age 29 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or credit processing within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and ethically with diverse customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate credit documents and assess risk.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and loan management systems; high attention to detail when entering data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, internet research) and willingness to learn new software tools.
