We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Koordinator Area Penjualan Langsung WiFi Bengkulu to lead our on‑the‑ground sales and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in boosting home‑pass penetration, acquiring new subscribers, and strengthening our brand presence in residential communities, apartment complexes, and multi‑family housing units.

Responsibilities

The Area Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing and post‑sale support—within the assigned territory. Core duties include:

  • Developing and nurturing partnerships with property owners, RT/RW (neighborhood) leaders, and housing complex managers to increase home‑pass adoption.
  • Executing targeted sales and marketing campaigns across the territory to attract new subscribers and retain existing customers.
  • Coordinating on‑site branding activities, such as installing banner poles, T‑banners, spanduk, umbul‑umbul, free hotspot stations, and distributing flyers or promotional materials in residential areas.
  • Monitoring and maintaining low termination rates by providing excellent customer service and addressing connectivity issues promptly.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross‑selling of Biznet Wi‑Fi packages.
  • Planning and executing media promotion activities, including local events, community gatherings, and digital outreach, to raise brand awareness.
  • Identifying and acquiring new property assets for network expansion, ensuring optimal coverage and service quality.
  • Reporting sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity to regional management on a weekly basis.

The role operates on a six‑day work week with one day off determined by Biznet, following a standard schedule of 08:00‑17:00 with a one‑hour lunch break.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the indicated soft skills:

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any field; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales or field marketing experience, preferably in telecom, broadband, or consumer electronics.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Knowledge of Wi‑Fi technology and basic networking concepts.
    • Ability to negotiate and close deals with property managers.
    • Self‑motivation, resilience, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work occasional weekends or holidays as required by promotional events.
