We are seeking a dedicated Senior Cook (Operasional Dapur) to join our dynamic kitchen team. This full‑time position is ideal for a motivated female professional who has completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK) and brings hands‑on cooking experience. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, providing the perfect balance between a challenging culinary environment and personal time.

As a senior member of the kitchen staff, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. You will mentor junior cooks, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and cook a diverse range of menu items according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing hands‑on training, feedback, and scheduling assistance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste.
  • Enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Develop new menu concepts, test seasonal dishes, and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment, report any malfunctions, and ensure routine cleaning schedules are followed.
  • Assist the kitchen manager in budgeting, cost‑control analysis, and daily production reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback, adjusting preparation methods when necessary to meet quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 25 – 30 years old.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of professional cooking experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
  • Core Skills: Strong culinary techniques, ability to follow recipes precisely, and excellent plating aesthetics.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, effective communication, time‑management, problem‑solving, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a hot, fast‑moving environment.
  • Language: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
