Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional dan Pengembangan Proses to lead our multi‑branch operations and drive growth across our marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive female professional with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations, optimizing sales channels, and spearheading seasonal marketing initiatives within a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of Operational & Multi‑Branch Monitoring
- Oversee daily activities at all branch locations to guarantee compliance with company standards.
- Verify the accuracy of daily transaction recaps (WhatsApp, Marketplace, Offline, Google) submitted by the admin team before forwarding them to senior management.
- Act as the primary liaison with third‑party contractors for facility repairs, signage installations, and other physical promotional assets.
- Marketplace Content Management & Mission Execution
- Coordinate the marketplace team to complete daily missions such as live streaming, product uploads, and platform‑specific tasks.
- Conduct research and implement optimization strategies to boost traffic, conversion rates, and overall store reputation.
- Develop and regularly update fast‑response templates for admin staff to enhance customer service quality.
- Marketing & Promotion Program Implementation
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions (e.g., Ramadan campaigns), ensuring voucher distribution and accurate sales tracking.
- Supervise the creation of promotional assets including flyers, live‑stream backdrops, and sponsorship proposals.
- Collect and maintain databases—such as contractor contacts—to support market expansion initiatives.
- Leadership & Communication Bridge
- Serve as the first point of instruction for field staff when technical or administrative issues arise.
- Monitor team discipline and performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must demonstrate the stamina to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:30.
- Professional experience: At least 1 year in operational supervision, marketplace management, or related e‑commerce roles.
