Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist shoppers in locating products, answering questions about merchandise, and providing product recommendations.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain neat and organized shelves by restocking items, rotating stock, and performing regular inventory checks.
- Monitor store cleanliness, including floor sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring display windows are tidy.
- Support promotional activities by setting up signage, arranging special displays, and informing customers about ongoing offers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and service standards.
- Report any stock discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to the store manager promptly.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
- Uphold the store’s brand image by adhering to dress code, personal hygiene, and presenting a polished appearance at all times.
Requirements

- Commitment to performing regular prayers (Shalat), Dhuha, and Quranic study (Mengaji) as part of personal development.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
