Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Marketing – Area Jember to join our growing financial services team. This field‑based role focuses on promoting both Individual Lending and Group Lending products throughout the Jember region. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners (Mitra) to expand the loan portfolio.
- Conduct market research and on‑site feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness of potential partners.
- Collect, verify, and process loan application documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the business activities of partners, ensuring compliance with loan terms and identifying early warning signs of delinquency.
- Execute collection activities, including friendly reminders and structured recovery actions for overdue installments.
- Collaborate with internal credit and underwriting teams to expedite approval processes.
- Prepare regular performance reports, tracking key metrics such as new accounts opened, loan disbursement volumes, and repayment rates.
- Represent the company at local community events, trade fairs, and networking gatherings to boost brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to product development teams about market needs and potential enhancements to lending products.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; inclusive workplace culture.
- Strong command of the local language and effective communication skills.
- Valid motorbike driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field visits.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet weekly targets.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with financial documentation; prior experience in sales or micro‑finance is a plus but not required.
- High level of integrity, a customer‑focused mindset, and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional visits outside regular hours as needed.
