Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of outlet activity from opening to closing, ensuring seamless coordination of cleaning, food preparation, and service workflows.
- SOP Enforcement: Guarantee that every staff member consistently applies the established Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining uniformity across all service touchpoints.
- Product Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality and presentation to meet the restaurant’s stringent standards, conducting regular spot‑checks and corrective actions as needed.
- Team Supervision & Development: Direct, motivate, and evaluate crew performance; provide on‑the‑job training for new hires on SOPs, customer service etiquette, and daily responsibilities.
- Customer Service & Satisfaction: Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a friendly, swift, and expectation‑exceeding service experience.
- Inventory Control & Administration: Track and manage daily inventory levels, coordinate ordering of raw materials, and prepare accurate sales, stock, and performance reports for headquarters.
- Problem Solving on the Floor: React quickly to operational challenges such as staffing shortages, equipment failures, or scheduling conflicts, and propose process improvements to boost sales targets.
- Administrative Duties: Handle light administrative tasks related to the outlet, including scheduling, cash handling reconciliation, and documentation of incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or outlet‑management role within the food‑service or retail sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high‑performing, customer‑oriented teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and basic administrative software (e.g., Excel, POS systems).
