Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Teller Cabang Bayung Lencir to join our growing branch network. This frontline position is critical in delivering exceptional service to our retail customers, handling cash transactions, and promoting value‑added financial products. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic banking environment, interacting directly with clients to process loan repayments, disbursements, and cross‑sell initiatives while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments for loan installments, utility bills, and other scheduled disbursements with accuracy and speed.
  • Facilitate the disbursement of non‑transfer NDS financing products and manage petty‑cash withdrawals in compliance with internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell relevant banking programs, such as fee‑based income products, and present them persuasively to customers.
  • Accept and record cash receipts from cross‑sell activities, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Maintain the teller window, cash drawers, and vault balances, performing end‑of‑day balancing and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
  • Provide clear explanations of account statements, repayment schedules, and product features to enhance customer understanding.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to meet sales targets, participate in daily briefings, and share feedback on customer trends.
  • Adhere to all banking regulations, anti‑money‑laundering (AML) policies, and security procedures to protect both the institution and its clients.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and the bank’s core banking system to generate reports, update records, and support administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, exhibit honesty, meticulousness, and a customer‑centric attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 from any discipline with a minimum GPA of 2.50.
  • Age: Maximum 26 years (candidates up to 29 years will be considered based on experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar teller or cash handling role; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using the bank’s transaction software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing procedures and customer needs.
  • Strong knowledge of banking, credit, and financial regulations, including basic understanding of banking law and credit law.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high‑volume environment.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
