Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s strengths and challenges.
- Implement evidence‑based therapeutic techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), sensory integration, and social‑communication interventions.
- Conduct daily classroom activities that promote language development, motor skills, and adaptive behaviors.
- Maintain accurate progress records, observation notes, and assessment reports for parents and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members (psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists) to ensure consistent support across settings.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with autism research and best practices.
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment that encourages independence, confidence, and social interaction.
- Transport children to and from the center when required, using a personal motorbike.
- Assist in organizing community outreach events and parent‑education seminars.
Requirements
- Female, Muslim, aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum S1 degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, or health sciences is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in autism education and therapy.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and supporting children with special needs.
- Possession of a reliable motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both spoken and written.
