Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Online Store Administrator to join our growing e‑commerce team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our online storefront runs smoothly, from managing product listings and processing orders to handling customer inquiries and driving social‑media engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive woman aged 22‑30 who possesses at least a high school diploma, a minimum of one year of experience in social‑media administration, and a solid grasp of Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings on the online store, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Process daily orders, verify payments, coordinate shipping, and track deliveries to guarantee timely fulfillment.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social‑media platforms, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social channels to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor social‑media performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategies to meet set targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal sales events.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting sales trends, inventory turnover, and customer feedback.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and preparing simple financial summaries in Word or Excel.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet peak‑season demands and strict project deadlines.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged between 22 and 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in social‑media administration or online store management.
- Proven ability to work toward targets, manage multiple tasks, and handle overtime when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of major social‑media platforms and online marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
