Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our growing team in the East Java region (Pacitan and surrounding cities). This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our product portfolio and both existing and new customers, ensuring seamless order processing and credit management across a wide distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s product range to existing clients and prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate orders from channel distributors, collect initial customer data, and verify the completeness of required documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring all paperwork meets internal compliance standards.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, promptly communicating approvals or rejections to dealers and end‑customers.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, while addressing any inquiries related to invoicing or delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and finance teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and smooth invoicing processes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports, highlighting competitor activities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any field; graduates from all disciplines are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years (the position is also open to fresh graduates who meet the experience criteria).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in channel or distributor management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Core competencies: sales management, interpersonal communication, results‑oriented mindset, strong selling ability, and a clear understanding of sales targets.
