Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and the school’s educational philosophy.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative learning.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom atmosphere, ensuring safety and respect for all learners.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular programs, field trips, and community service projects that enrich the student experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, delivering progress reports and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrative staff, and school leadership to develop school‑wide initiatives and improve instructional practices.
- Uphold Islamic ethics by modeling good character, demonstrating humility, and participating in school religious activities, including the proper recitation of the Al‑Qur’an.
- Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and ensure inclusive education for all students.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and continuous improvement programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; for teaching positions, a S1 degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated commitment to the field of education and a genuine desire to nurture young minds.
- Good moral character with an Islamic personality, including the ability to read the Al‑Qur’an fluently.
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible with a professional work ethic.
- Willingness to be placed at any school location as required by the institution.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with educational technology tools.
- Preferred: Prior teaching experience or experience in an administrative support role.
