Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of prescription and over‑the‑counter medications.
- Supervise junior pharmacy staff, providing guidance on proper dosage calculations, labeling, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drug safety, storage conditions, and waste disposal.
- Conduct patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to verify prescriptions and resolve drug‑interaction concerns.
- Handle shift scheduling, ensuring coverage for both morning and afternoon shifts (2‑shift system).
- Prepare monthly reports on pharmacy performance, sales trends, and regulatory audits.
- Participate in continuous education programs and keep abreast of new pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
- Promote a clean, organized, and patient‑friendly pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMK Farmasi or SMA (high school) equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least basic experience in a pharmacy setting; prior experience in a hospital or community pharmacy is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in a 2‑shift schedule (08:00‑12:00 and 13:00‑17:00) from Monday to Saturday.
- Residence located near the pharmacy premises for reliable punctuality.
- Demonstrated honesty, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for interacting with customers and healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software, inventory management systems, and basic computer literacy.
