We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Pemasaran Kredit Tanpa Agunan (KTA) to join our growing banking team. This role focuses on promoting unsecured credit products, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales performance in a competitive financial market. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential borrowers for Kredit Tanpa Agunan (KTA) through cold calling, networking events, and digital channels.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend appropriate credit solutions and explain product features, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily and preparing weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to set realistic targets, develop weekly action plans, and receive coaching on negotiation techniques.
- Participate in branch‑level marketing initiatives, including product workshops, community outreach, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and anti‑fraud procedures throughout the sales process.
- Provide post‑sale support, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, timely loan disbursement, and proper documentation.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to suggest product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
