Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Promotion Representative (SPG) specialized in alcoholic beverages to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will work primarily during evening and night shifts, engaging directly with consumers at retail locations, events, and promotional venues across the region.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company’s alcoholic beverage portfolio with confidence and product expertise.
- Execute in‑store and off‑site promotional activities, including product sampling, tastings, and brand demonstrations.
- Engage customers, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations that align with their preferences and responsible drinking guidelines.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross‑selling complementary products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area that adheres to brand standards.
- Collect market intelligence such as competitor pricing, promotional tactics, and consumer feedback, and report findings to the sales manager.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to the sale and promotion of alcoholic beverages.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to guarantee product availability during promotional events.
- Provide regular activity reports, including sales figures, customer interactions, and promotional outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, brand messaging, and responsible consumption practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 to 32 years old.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Promotion Representative, preferably in the alcoholic beverage sector.
- Physical: Proportional body weight and height suitable for active field work.
- Key Skills: Strong communication abilities, active listening, persuasive selling techniques, and a customer‑service orientation.
- Personal Traits: Energetic, approachable, goal‑driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work the designated schedule – Tuesday to Sunday, 17:00 – 01:00.
