Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Hotel Laundry Operations Staff to join our hospitality team. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define our property. The successful candidate will work closely with the housekeeping and front‑desk departments to ensure that all linens, towels, and guest garments are processed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and inspect dirty linens, towels, and guest laundry items from guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house locations.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Apply appropriate detergents, fabric softeners, and stain‑removal treatments based on fabric type and level of soiling.
- Fold, stack, and organize clean linens and towels for rapid redistribution to housekeeping staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, report shortages, and coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of laundry equipment and work areas.
- Handle guest laundry requests with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or process inefficiencies to the supervisor.
- Participate in daily briefings, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for handling delicate fabrics and maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.

- Strong work ethic: diligent, honest, and highly responsible.
- Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
