Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tukang Potong Tahu Berpengalaman to join our dynamic production team. This role is essential in ensuring the consistent quality and freshness of tofu products that are distributed to supermarkets, restaurants, and local markets across the region. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment and will be expected to collaborate closely with fellow operators, quality control staff, and supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Slice tofu blocks to precise dimensions according to production specifications and customer orders.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of cutting tables, knives, and work surfaces to meet food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw tofu, packaging materials, and tools, reporting any shortages to the inventory coordinator.
- Perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment, sharpening blades, and ensuring all tools are in optimal condition.
- Document production output, waste, and any deviations from standard procedures in daily logs.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of camera systems used for quality inspection, ensuring clear visual documentation of product batches.
- Train new team members on proper slicing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct spot checks and address any non‑conformities promptly.
- Adhere to the established work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and contribute to a harmonious shift rotation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in tofu cutting, food processing, or a related manufacturing role.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
