Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential borrowers, introducing them to Amartha’s capital‑loan programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to member households, helping them manage cash flow, budgeting, and repayment plans.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough feasibility analyses of financing applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute timely collection activities, following up with borrowers on repayment schedules while maintaining a respectful and solution‑oriented approach.
- Document field observations, client interactions, and loan status updates in the company’s CRM system to maintain accurate records for reporting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with regional supervisors and the credit underwriting team to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Participate in community events and local networking sessions to raise awareness of Amartha’s services and strengthen the brand’s presence in Indramayu.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge of micro‑finance products, digital tools, and local market dynamics through the company’s training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years as a flexible upper limit).
- Open to all genders; female candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for daily field visits.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving in challenging environments.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and candidates with prior field sales or micro‑finance exposure are both welcome.
